Pricing
Pricing is not published yet.
Not because it is being finalised somewhere — because software and the services you choose are priced together, on the shape of your operation. This page is everything that decides the number, and everything that happens before you see one.
What moves the number
The same five things the homepage names, and the direction each one pulls.
How many stations you run
The first thing we ask, because nearly everything else is counted per station.
The size of your fleet
Drives the fleet work specifically — inspections, damage, downtime. A large fleet against a small board is a different shape from the reverse.
Which of the managed services you want us to run
The largest lever you control. Each service is a team of people, so taking one on is a different order of commitment from adding software.
How much of the work stays with your own team
Two operations with the same station count can price differently depending on where the boundary falls. The split described in Managed services is the one we quote against.
Which software products you use
Software and services are sold separately, so this moves on its own — you can take one without the other.
What to bring
Nothing formal, and no spreadsheet. These are the things a first conversation needs in order to be useful rather than general.
- How many stations, and roughly where
- Fleet size, and what the mix looks like
- How many drivers you carry, and how that moves across the year
- Which of the three services you are actually considering
- What you run today — the systems, and what is still done by hand
- Anything that has to stay with your team, whatever we take on
How a quote is put together
- 01
We scope before we price
What we would run, what stays yours, and where the software fits — written down and agreed before anyone attaches a number to it.
- 02
Software and services are priced separately
Then shown together, so you can see what each part costs and drop either one.
- 03
It is built for your operation, not fitted to a plan
There is no tier you are being sorted into, which is the whole reason there is no list to sort you against.
- 04
If it does not fit, we say so
Sometimes the honest answer is that a service is not right for your operation yet. You will hear that before you hear a number, not after.
What you sign
A quote becomes an agreement, and an agreement is where the specifics live. It covers four things:
- What we run, named — not a category
- What stays with your team
- What it costs, and what would change it
- How it ends: notice, and how the work comes back to you
The terms themselves are in the agreement, and we go through it with you before you sign rather than after. Publishing contract language on a marketing page and then negotiating away from it is worse than not publishing it.
Nothing on this page is a price. When you want one, the next step is a conversation about your stations — and it commits you to nothing.
