What these terms cover

The narrow thing, stated first, because the difference matters more than anything else on this page.

This is an informational website. Everything on it describes what TheHubb does; none of it is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Becoming a customer happens through a written agreement, and that agreement — not this page — governs what is delivered, what it costs and what either side is responsible for. Where the two ever disagree, the agreement is the one that counts.

The information here

It is written to be accurate on the day you read it, and it is maintained on that basis.

• It describes what exists today

  Products are marked as available or not available, and the site names what it does not have as plainly as what it does. Nothing here is a commitment to build something, and a description of an unreleased product is not a promise that it will ship.

• Examples are examples

  Where the site shows a station day, a route code or a driver record, those are illustrations, labelled as such. They are not customer data, not results anyone achieved, and not a projection of what your operation would produce.

• It changes without notice

  Pages are added, rewritten and removed as what the company does changes. There is no archive of previous versions and no notification when something is updated.

Using the site

There is nothing to sign in to and nothing to break, so this is short.

• Read it, quote it, share it

  Linking to any page, quoting it with attribution, or sending it to a colleague needs no permission. It is a public website and that is what it is for.

• Do not attack it

  Attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people is not acceptable use. If you find a security problem, telling us is welcome and there is an address for it.

• Do not misrepresent it

  Presenting this site's content as your own, or altering it in a way that changes what TheHubb is claiming, is not acceptable use.

Ownership

The content, design, code and product names on this site belong to TheHubb, except for the typefaces and the icon set, which are licensed from their creators. Quoting the site with attribution is fine. Reproducing it wholesale as your own is not.

What this site is not

Stated as a limit rather than as a disclaimer, because a disclaimer implies you agreed to something by reading a page, and you did not.

This website is published for information. It is not professional, legal, financial or operational advice, and decisions about your own operation should not rest on a marketing page. We make no guarantee that the site is available without interruption or free of error — it runs on a server like any other, and the honest version is that it can be down. Anything TheHubb is actually answerable for is what a written agreement says it is answerable for.

Who publishes this

This website is published by TheHubb. A registered company name, company number and the jurisdiction whose law would govern these terms are not published here yet. Rather than name one that has not been confirmed, this page says so — and when those details are settled they will appear on this page.
