What this website does with information.

This describes the website you are reading, and only that. It is short because the site does very little: it runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and stores nothing in your browser. Where something is genuinely not settled yet, it says so instead of guessing.

What this website collects

Nothing, automatically. Loading and reading any page of this site involves no analytics, no tracking, no cookies and no browser storage.

  • No analytics, and no third-party scripts

    There is no analytics product, tag manager, session recorder, heat map, advertising pixel or error reporter on this site. Your browser contacts no other company while you read it — every font and asset is served from this site's own address, including the typefaces that originate from a font library.

  • No cookies

    The site sets none, including the kind that a browser will not show you. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to, and adding one would imply cookies exist.

  • Nothing written to your browser

    No local storage, no session storage, no fingerprinting. Nothing about your visit persists on your device after you close the tab.

  • This is checked on every build

    These are not intentions. An automated check loads every page of this site and fails the build if it finds a request to another company, a cookie, or anything written to browser storage — so adding analytics could not happen quietly.

Server logs

One thing is recorded, and it is the ordinary consequence of serving a web page rather than a decision about you.

This website runs on a self-managed virtual private server. Like any web server, it produces request logs as part of normal operation: the address a request came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser's own description of itself. They exist so the site can be operated, kept secure, and investigated when something breaks or is abused.

No retention schedule has been set. Saying "logs are kept for thirty days" would be inventing a number, so what is written here is the true version: they are kept while they are useful for running and protecting the site, and a schedule will appear on this page when one is genuinely configured.

Services you choose to use

Two things on this site take you somewhere that is not this site. What happens after that point is not covered by anything above, and it would be misleading to imply otherwise.

  • The booking page

    Every "Book a demo" link opens a Google Calendar booking page on Google's own domain. It is not part of this website: it is operated by Google, it collects whatever you enter into it — typically a name, an email address and a time — and Google's own terms and privacy policy govern what happens there. We receive the booking details you submit, and we use them to hold the meeting you asked for.

  • Email

    Writing to hello@thehubb.in sends a message through your email provider and ours. We keep the correspondence so we can answer it and refer back to it. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, and nothing you write is used to market to you.

The claims at the top of this page — no analytics, no cookies, no storage — describe this website. They cannot describe a service run by another company, and this page does not pretend they do.

If you become a customer

This page is about visiting the website. Working with TheHubb is a different arrangement, and it is governed by what you sign rather than by a page you did not.

Your operational records — drivers, hours, schedules, vehicles — reach us because an agreement exists, and how they are handled, how long they are kept and what happens when the engagement ends belong in that agreement. Where they are held, who can reach them and who else touches them are answered on request today rather than published, which the security page states plainly rather than leaving to be assumed.

There is no separate privacy address, and no data-protection officer — this is one monitored inbox, and a request sent to it reaches people who can act on it. If either of those changes, this page changes with it.

Changes to this page

If what the site does changes, this page changes in the same release, because the statements above are checked by the build rather than maintained by memory. There is no mailing list to notify you; the date at the top is how you can tell.
